To our supporters and donors, 

During a recent attempt to update our donation streams, we uncovered that we have lapsed in our administrative duties to meet the requirements of a 501c3.  In an effort to be transparent with our donors, supporters, and members we want to share that we have removed the 501c3 indicator from our website until the can be resolved and reinstated. We have corrected our systems necessary to lead us on a path forward that will avoid this issue in the future. Once resolved, our 501c3 status will be reinstated retroactively to the date which it lapsed (05/15/26).

As always, our mission continues to be focusing on the welfare of the cats under our care and in our community and that mission has never waivered.  We will continue to serve the community as we work towards reinstatement, and will provide updates when appropriate.
