Mission Statement
It is the mission of Finally Home Animal Rescue, Inc. to provide homes and vet care to homeless, unwanted and/or neglected animals to prepare them for adoption into loving forever homes where they will become part of a family.
We are an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue. We do not have a facility. Our animals are housed in foster homes which are primarily located in Carroll County, MD.
